ReplyDeleteThis is in line with a comment I left at Liberally Conservative regarding one of his "BOA" posts. BOA is an FDIC bank I believe, so it's kind of BS if you ask me (and many others).
The new bankruptcy law allows CCs to collect a 5% minimum payment now and bankruptcy filers cannot file all their debt as before. I'm not sure, but there don't appear to be any requirements that the CCs need to curtail their marketing to every Tom, Dick, Harry, Denny, Abouna or malcontents.
They're a bunch of pantloads and BOA should have to cover it's own *ss for losses, not us.
Also, how about tacking this fee onto the "amnesty/regularization/legalization/normalization/permanence/earned adjustment/phased-in access to earned regularization" whatever they want to call it, that "illegals" will supposedly have to pay according to some of these dingbat *sshat reform packages.
