CNN.com - Bush, Merkel united on Iran's nuclear threat - Jan 13, 2006: "France said Friday that it favored a step-by-step approach over Iran's contested nuclear program and that any sanctions request at this stage would be premature."

Should we expect anything else from France? France is once again doing what it did with Iraq; they are thinking of only the business. Economic interest in nothing to pooh pooh, however, these guys just love talking, which is all they do. Somehow talking becomes the solution to the problem.
