CNN.com - Judiciary Democrats plan to say 'no' to Alito - Jan 19, 2006

Um, er, is this supposed to be news? Is it a suprise that Patrick Leahy, Dickie "D" Durbin and Tedward Kennedy.

Tedward said, "A justice must have the courage and the wisdom to speak truth to power." Luckily it is a "justice" he is referring to as he, a politician rarely has spoken the truth.
