"How did it come to pass that an opposition's measure of a president's foreign policy was all or nothing, success or "failure"? The answer is that the political absolutism now normal in Washington arrived at the moment--Nov. 7, 2000--that our politics subordinated even a war against terror to seizing the office of the presidency." - Daniel Henninger - WSJ 11/18/05

CNN.com - No defendants atHussein trial - Feb 2, 2006

Good for him!!! '"After an unusually short session of less than two hours, chief judge Raouf Abdel-Rahman adjourned the trial for nearly two weeks until February 13, apparently to allow time to try to resolve the standoff with the defense."'

Even so, as the quote above shows, this judge is allowing the pissing and moaning to continue as he attempts to resolve the mess. So, they really don't have anything to piss and moan about, except for the fact that their business as usual may not work.
