Cindy Sheehan arrested in NY - U.S. Life - MSNBC.com: "Women Say No to War, which helped organize the march, claimed Sheehan was physically assaulted by security officers during the arrests. Photos show officers dragging Sheehan, with her shirt yanked up. Police said the four women were arrested for criminal trespassing and resisting arrest."
The four women arrested, Cindy included were only trying to deliver the 60k signatures they had gotten pushing for the '"withdrawal of all troops and all foreign fighters from Iraq.”' According to "Richard Grenell, the spokesman for the U.S. Mission" she was invited in to discuss their concerns with a mission employee, however, they chose to lay down in front of the building instead.
It appears Cindy is one of those individuals that sees the great works and accomplishments of the U.N.
Being that it is difficult to find images of the sort; the picture (not Cindy) is what torture images look like.
"How did it come to pass that an opposition's measure of a president's foreign policy was all or nothing, success or "failure"? The answer is that the political absolutism now normal in Washington arrived at the moment--Nov. 7, 2000--that our politics subordinated even a war against terror to seizing the office of the presidency." - Daniel Henninger - WSJ 11/18/05
