'"I am still very much hopeful that in the next week an agreement could be reached,"' ElBaradei, awardee of the Nobel Peace Prize said.

This is good news and you can take this to an Iranian bank.

"ElBaradei will submit a report on Iran's nuclear program to the 35-nation IAEA board of governors," since they haven't been paying attention to the news and are the only ones not aware of what has been going on.

According to CNN any actions taken by the U.N. Security Council will fall far short of sanctions, which is one indication that Iran's bullying tactics are working; as these types of actions tend to do with the U.N.
