"How did it come to pass that an opposition's measure of a president's foreign policy was all or nothing, success or "failure"? The answer is that the political absolutism now normal in Washington arrived at the moment--Nov. 7, 2000--that our politics subordinated even a war against terror to seizing the office of the presidency." - Daniel Henninger - WSJ 11/18/05

CNN.com - More than 80 dead inapparent reprisal killings - Mar 14, 2006: "Authorities said at least 86 bodies were found in the Iraqi capital during a 30-hour period ending midday Tuesday, sparking fears that sectarian reprisal killings are continuing at a grisly pace."

The "insurgents" continue to attempt the creation of a civil war. This has been the drive or reason for their exitence and we shouldn't expect anything different.

If the American people wish to put their heads down and the msm wants to run around like chickens with their heads cut off they can. Hopefully, those with the day to day reality of these extremists in their faces, will realize that what these people offer is death or oppression. I would think that most do.

These people inflicting these unforgivable acts upon the people of Iraq are criminals; to refer to them as "insurgents" or "sectarian(although the reality is that some are)" is just something the msm has to do because they cannot take the time to truly discover the players involved. Nor could they discover them when you get right to it.

But hey, if the msm cannot convincingly pass it off as a "civil war," the next best thing for them is "sectarian" violence.

The rest of this article just rehashes Bush ratings in case people miss it on the homepage. Strike another one for the DeMediacrats.
