Dan Rather Considering Offer From Mark Cuban

Yeah, my left eye is glass...lost it in the Nam
It appears that Dan Rather may find a new home after CBS decided not to pursue his talents; not sure why they wouldn't want him as he is good at what they want.

Mark Cuban, owner of the Dallas Mavericks and HDNet wants Rather to host and produce a one-hour weekly news program for his high definition network, which Rather is seriously considering. Hey, if they need a hack, they can have a hack - he's the best hack out there.

According to the New York Times Rather has:

been sifting several offers for future work, including two from what he described as major networks — a group that he defined as including ABC and NBC, as well as CNN and Fox News.
