"How did it come to pass that an opposition's measure of a president's foreign policy was all or nothing, success or "failure"? The answer is that the political absolutism now normal in Washington arrived at the moment--Nov. 7, 2000--that our politics subordinated even a war against terror to seizing the office of the presidency." - Daniel Henninger - WSJ 11/18/05

A Tribute to Jill - 2,996

The Project to honor those lost on this date five years ago should be posted all around. Please visit my tribute to Jill Marie Maurer-Campbell

Unfortunately it looks as though the main site for the tribute that has all the links to the tributes to all 2,996 individuals is down at the moment. If this continues to be the case, please do a google search of 2,996 and you will likely find it difficult to miss the tributes in your search results.

One site that I can suggest is Bennings Writing Pad. He has a link to his tribute of Gary H. Lee, as well as links to a number of other tributes.

Also Dallas K's has a tribute to Daniel Michael Coffey

Right On!
pays tribute to Azucena de la Torre

And some woman by the name of Michelle Malkin (who by signing up and posting gave this tribute the boost it needed), remembers Giovanna Porras.
