"How did it come to pass that an opposition's measure of a president's foreign policy was all or nothing, success or "failure"? The answer is that the political absolutism now normal in Washington arrived at the moment--Nov. 7, 2000--that our politics subordinated even a war against terror to seizing the office of the presidency." - Daniel Henninger - WSJ 11/18/05

TimeSelect, Global Changing Climate Warming and Saving $7.95

I've been chastised in the past by readers commenting on my site for posting pretty much nothing, based upon the nothing one can get from TimeSelect columns without paying for the propaganda. If this is all they'll give me or anyone else, if I feel like it I'll say something.

I have to, regardless of the ignorance of the entire column on my part, that Thomas Friedman of TimeSelect fame begins his "piece" today, "How Many Scientists?" with:

"Thank goodness for the way Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger has built a Republican-Democratic coalition in California to blunt climate change."
It would appear that Mr. Friedman is on board with the recent "talking point" terminology of "climate change" in replacement for the "global warming" misnomer.

Blunting climate change...........Let's hear it for one season!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
