“Hate” and “Murder.” Hate is an emotion, murder is an act….if upon discovering your lower abdominal area resembles that of your love interest and this just doesn’t quite fit your ideal; most people would not lose it to the degree of murder….the logic behind the insistence that an unknown individuals “thoughts” lessen or heighten the degree of the already senseless crime of “murder,” escapes. Should we take it a step further and go for two (2) counts of murder due to the multiple genders involved?
"How did it come to pass that an opposition's measure of a president's foreign policy was all or nothing, success or "failure"? The answer is that the political absolutism now normal in Washington arrived at the moment--Nov. 7, 2000--that our politics subordinated even a war against terror to seizing the office of the presidency." - Daniel Henninger - WSJ 11/18/05
