Man Caused Disaster in Binghamton NY

In the interest of new Administration guidelines so as not to offend (though xenophobes may be fair game, haven't heard the word on that one yet).

"A lone gunman began shooting Friday in an immigration services..."

Not a nice way to treat this situation in the least, yet the irony fails to escape.
