"How did it come to pass that an opposition's measure of a president's foreign policy was all or nothing, success or "failure"? The answer is that the political absolutism now normal in Washington arrived at the moment--Nov. 7, 2000--that our politics subordinated even a war against terror to seizing the office of the presidency." - Daniel Henninger - WSJ 11/18/05

Media Blog on National Review Online - George Galloway

Media Blog on National Review Online

Why would anyone but the dregs of the dregs even consider taking this guy seriously?

I often cringe when I see a politician do a cameo on TV, although, I do get a certain giggle out of it, but this fool doing his part on a reality show just takes it a bit too far.

I get freaked when they do cameos as it tends to blur the lines between politics and entertainment, when all alone the lines are becoming blurrier just fine on their own. But, Gorgeous George is just too much; especially in the tu-tu.
