"How did it come to pass that an opposition's measure of a president's foreign policy was all or nothing, success or "failure"? The answer is that the political absolutism now normal in Washington arrived at the moment--Nov. 7, 2000--that our politics subordinated even a war against terror to seizing the office of the presidency." - Daniel Henninger - WSJ 11/18/05

CNN.com - Moussaoui: 'I am al Qaeda' - Feb 6, 2006

CNN.com - Moussaoui: 'I am al Qaeda' - Feb 6, 2006: "'This trial is a circus,' he shouted as federal marshals led him from the courtroom at the judge's direction."

And he is the clown!!!

'"Following the interruption, Brinkema told potential jurors they should note on their questionnaires if Moussaoui's outbursts might affect the way they judge the case.'"

Because we wouldn't want reality to get in the way of the law, would we.

'"life in prison without the possibility of parole or death by lethal injection.'"

The death penalty would open a can of worms here, but unless you like fly fishing, worms work well. Off with his head!!!
