According to James Myart, "Grand juries do what grand juries do. However, I would think that they would recognize that there simply is not enough evidence here to even bring an indictment."
Doing his lawyerly duty Myart said "that Gainer and other officers went to McKinney's office after the dispute and apologized for the officer's conduct. Myart also questioned why McKinney wasn't arrested on the spot for assaulting an officer, if that is in fact what happened."
Well Jimmy, seeing as how she reacted the way she did and went off three quarters cocked, what do you think? Face it, she hasn't answered any question regarding the incident, although she has been making the news show circuit to change the subject. She screwed up and has no issue with foaming at the mouth about racism and inappropriate touching.
