President authorized Plame/Wilson Leak

"Former Cheney aide I. Lewis "Scooter" Libby reportedly claims U.S. President George W. Bush authorized him to leak classified information to a reporter."

Oh, ok.

Here is a new twist according to UPI: "Cheney is accused of obstructing Fitzgerald's investigation into who leaked the name of CIA operative Valerie Plame to reporters and lying to federal investigators."
