Press One for English!

Just popping in for a second with the question of the day from my brother. It's interesting because I was thinking about this the other day when I was just quickly checking an account balance. The option of English and another unnamed language seem to just add to the frustration of automated phone systems when you're in a hurry; even when you're not.
