"How did it come to pass that an opposition's measure of a president's foreign policy was all or nothing, success or "failure"? The answer is that the political absolutism now normal in Washington arrived at the moment--Nov. 7, 2000--that our politics subordinated even a war against terror to seizing the office of the presidency." - Daniel Henninger - WSJ 11/18/05

CNN.com - Sheehanarrested in House gallery - Feb 1, 2006

According to a blog post on Michael Moore's Web site attributed to Sheehan, the T-shirt said, "2,245 Dead. How many more?" -- a reference to the number of U.S. troops killed in Iraq.

Good to know the CNN/MSM is finally becoming aware of the "blogosphere." Too bad Moore's is the one they are aware of, though it is fitting for DeMediacrats.

'"During that meeting with Bush, the president refused to look at pictures of Sheehan's son, didn't want to hear about him and "didn't even know Casey's name," she said."'

Perhaps they could have used a smaller font for "she said." If you reacted negatively to the version of events in this article, would you have noted that it was a "she said?" Just curious.
