"Border States Push Congress for Amnesty"
Governors of four U.S. border states and six Mexican states met for a Governor's Border Conference recently.
Friday, they signed a letter urging Congress to pass "comprehensive" immigration reform before the end of the year. "comprehensive" is code for a path to citizenship and that is not going to happen if I have anything to say about it....
